The staff was affable, efficient, and everything was perfect. The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Church of st Barnabas. Very lovely stay, as always.

Had a really lovely stay on a business trip, would come here again. This hotel was superb base for exploring London, loved it. The location was peaceful and incredible, just off Westfield shopping centre as well as Olympia.
